Hi, I’m Allison, the owner of AoK Soaps!

You might be wondering what AoK stands for and how I chose it as my business name. When I first started, I struggled to find a unique name that wasn’t already taken. A friend suggested "A-Okay Soaps", and I joked and said, “Well, then they’d just be A-Okay soaps!” But after thinking about it, I decided to capitalize the A and K to match my first and middle initials, and just like that, AoK Soaps was born!

My love for soap-making started after watching DIY videos from other creators. What began as a hobby quickly became a passion, and before I knew it, I had turned that passion into a business.

Skincare has always been important to me, especially knowing exactly what goes into the products I use. That’s why I expanded beyond soaps to include sugar scrubs, body butters, and lip balms. I want my customers to feel confident in the ingredients they’re putting on their skin. I also love creating customized products and bringing unique ideas to life based on what my customers envision.

When I’m not busy making orders, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and my fur babies—El Bell, my playful two-year-old Lab mix, and Tux, my mischievous cat (pictured!).
